You can ease this problem a bit if you have a dedicated work area, maybe in the garage rather than a corner of the lounge room but you’ll still have those regular interruptions and distractions.

So before you go looking at your opportunity from a purely financial perspective, do have a think over these points. Are you really the work at home type and how will your family cope with your new business interest, you’ll be better prepared than most when those issues arise.
